Pilates for Life Studio is located in Colleyville, Texas and servicing the entire DFW area, specializing in individualized fitness programs, osteoporosis prevention, as well as Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching.

We focus on quality of movement and proper alignment. The result is a safe exercise program for everyone. Pilates exercise increases muscle tone, flexibility and balance, and builds bone.

For those with low bone density, classic pilates exercises are modified to prevent fracture risk. Instructor Kay Smith is a STOTT PILATES® certified instructor.

The Pilates for Life Studio is also currently one of the premiere fitness specialists in the Dallas/Fort Worth area offering Power Plate vibration therapy.
