Regardless of age, muscles can become tight and inflexible and stop us from living a full, exciting and active life.  I know from personal experience, chronic pain can be frustrating and discouraging.  I’ve tried active release techniques, Airrosti, chiropractic, and acupuncture for some shoulder issues.  I wondered what people did before all these bodyworkers? Or, was I simply getting old?  It just didn’t make sense.  Eventually I earned a certification for releasing tight fascia, that cobweb covering between our skin and muscles, that tends to get tight with lack of movement, poor posture or repetitive stress.
