Tasha has a background in fitness and dance and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She obtained her Stott Pilates teacher certification in 2013 and is certified to teach mat, reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrel work.
Tasha is also a Registered Royal Academy of Dance Ballet teacher. She has taught ballet for over 15 years across Canada and the U.S. She has been practicing Pilates for 10 years and loves the mind-body challenges that Pilates provides.
Tasha was introduced to Pilates by another dance instructor to help strength and lengthen her body and was amazed by the increased body awareness and physical strength it cultivated through its practice.
She is a firm believer in the STOTT PILATES® principles and exercises and gets the results clients desire by programming safe, challenging and energizing workouts. She also credits Pilates for helping her to manage a bulging disc in her lower back and eliminate the need for any further steroid injections.
She is the proud mother of two relentlessly active boys! And looks forward to helping clients reach their goals!
